The Washington Counties Risk Pool (WCRP) strives to provide innovative solutions for our members’ training needs. Member employees are may take the available online courses anywhere at work or where they have access to a computer and internet connection, at no cost.
How to Access the Training
Access has already been granted for existing members and account holders. To start taking courses, click the Sign In button below to log into your existing user account.
Need to Register?
If you do not have an account already established for your yourself or your county, please click here to request access to the training platform. Requests for training access will be granted once your account has been verified, usually within 24 to 48 hours. A LocalGovU Customer Success representative will reach out to connect once your account has been verified.
LocalGovU will also assist you in adding additional personnel to this account, and courses will be made available to all users listed. Account administrators will have access to run reports, create assignments and more!
Managing Your Training Program:
Administrators can create training reports, assign courses, and perform other administrative tasks by logging in via the Sign-In link below. Once logged in, select the Admin button in the navigation menu to access the complete list of administrative functions.

How do I access course history and certificates?
If you would like to access course completion history or certificates from January 2019 to present, access the REPORT MANGER (New) tool located within the ADMIN section of your tool bar. Course history or certificates prior to January 2019, will need to be generated from the support team at LocalGovU; please contact Ana Walls by calling (469) 778-4992 or via emailing awalls@lexipol.com.
How do members purchase more learning courses?

What if an employee does not have a county/work email address?
LocalGovU can help! Please contact Ana Walls by calling (469) 778-4992 or via emailing awalls@lexipol.com. She can assist in creating user profiles for county employees who do not have a work email address.
I am new to WCRP Online University. Can someone walk me through the platform?
Yes! All administrators are encouraged to reach out to Ana Walls for a quick, 20-minute walk demo. If you are new to the platform, Ana can connect with you and create a customized game plan to get your staff up and running in no time!
