The recent national dialogue surrounding sexual harassment in the workplace has brought a new light on a longtime issue, with prevention now being at the forefront. New York has outlined a State Model Policy for organizations to follow to combat workplace incidents. But, many entities are now left looking for affordable resources that allow them to adopt the policy.
